Thank you for considering stocking Kat Brown Ceramics!

How to order:

1. Check out the line sheet here.

2. Please read through the policy and terms below before submitting an order request.

3. Submit your request to katbrownceramics@gmail.com. Please provide as much information as possible in your email about your shop (including website and social media links) as well as which pieces you’re interested in stocking from the line sheet. Let me know if you have any questions or need any extra photos or information.

4. Each order will be reviewed and accepted based on fit and scheduling. Once your order is accepted, I will send you the invoice and when the 50% deposit is paid, I will start your order. I will email you when your order is done and once the invoice is paid in full, it will be shipped/delivered.

Policy and Terms
Ordering
- Order minimum is 15 of one product.
- Line sheet is subject to being updated without notice, so please consult the line sheet above before ordering.
- All orders will require a 50% deposit upon ordering
- Invoice must be paid in full before order ships
- Invoices will be sent via Shopify.

Order Time & Delivery
- Turnaround time is 8–10 weeks from the order date as pieces are made to order. I do not accept rush orders.
- Shipping is available throughout the United States
- Shopper covers shipping costs, which will be added to the invoice
- Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation
- If you are in the Denver metro area, please let me know as hand delivery or pickup is available

Nature of Handmade
- Every piece is handmade on the wheel which can result in minor variations in size and color. No two pieces will be exactly alike. Work is photographed to represent the colors, size and shape as accurately as possible. There may be some differences in color in person to the photos based on your computer screen.

Returns & Damaged/Lost Goods
- All orders are final. Returns and cancellations are not accepted.
- Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
- If any items arrive damaged, please send an email to katbrownceramics@gmail.com with photos of the shipment box(es) and of the broken piece(s).
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of shipment’s arrival due to time-sensitive insurance claims.
- If any items seem to be missing, please send an email to katbrownceramics@gmail.com with the items missing, quantity missing, and invoice number.
- All claims will be reviewed and when applicable, replacement arrangements will be made.
- The shopper agrees Kat Brown Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage in the future either in the retail location or after purchase by a customer. Handmade pottery is fragile by nature and should be handled with care.
